Add a native Framer Form Group to your page from the insert menu, then paste the Signature Input component inside it - this is required for form submission to work.

Set the Name property to match the field key you want in your submission (e.g. "signature"), and toggle Required if it must be filled before submitting.

In your Form Group settings, connect your preferred native submission method

Customize everything in one go - pen color/width/smoothing, canvas background/border/radius/shadow/padding, baseline color/width/offset, label text/color/font, and clear button text/colors/font - all from the right panel property controls.

When a form is submitted, the signature field value comes through as a base64 PNG string -- a long string of characters starting with data:image/png;base64,....

To view the actual signature image, just copy that entire string and paste it directly into Chrome's address bar and hit enter. It will render the signature as a full image instantly.
