1. Create the override: Copy the override code, then in Framer's left panel under Code, click the plus button, select Override, and paste the code

2. Set up your component: Create a component with an additional variant named "current" (must be lowercase)

3. Apply properties: Add your link property directly to the main component (not internal layers) and apply the withCurrentVariant override to the same main component using the plus button in the right panel. Please note that the override should be applied to the instance of the component in the canvas and not directly on the component inside the component editor view.

4. Publish for testing: The override won't work in Framer's preview frame - you need to publish your project to test the URL matching functionality properly
